Looking for volunteers

Whether you’re a car lover or simply looking to get involved in the community, your time and energy will make a difference!

Volunteer Opportunities:

Event setup (2 hours)

Event Teardown ( 2 Hours)

Directing Traffic ( 3 hours)

Traffic Control Flaggers at the main intersection: (2-hour shift, as this will be from 1-5 pm)

Barricades Helpers (2-hour time slots- shift 1-4 pm)

Garbage Cans (collecting garbage and changing out the can liners throughout the event). At the end of the event, all cans and trash need to be removed from the street. Place for trash TBD ( we need 1 person or a team who would be willing to cover this from 5-8 pm, checking the cans every 1/2 hour)

When registering you can choose your area to park. Main Street Bridge it Yellow Parking, Restaurant row is Red Parking & Retail row Blue Parking. Car will be allowed to enter at 3pm, through their designated entrance.

What is it?

A reason to have fun! Downtown will have 200 cars on display, live music & food vendors
