Trunk or Treat PY

The Downtown Business Council hosts an annual Trunk or Treat, on Main Street in Penn Yan, NY. Trunk or Treat is an alternative to traditional trick-or-treating where people gather on Main Street,  decorate the trunks of their cars, and hand out candy and treats to children. We are providing a safe and more controlled than traditional trick-or-treating because it takes place in a confined and supervised area. Each year we host a truck and costume contest
